    -Le produit (table salle à manger) est un beau produit, conforme à l'attendu, avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix -Livraison très rapide, emballage nickel, pas abîmé -Problèmes et déception sur l'état du produit : bas de pieds rouillés, une soudure de pied incomplète, quelques endroits teinte noire métal écaillé, beaucoup beaucoup de poussière sur la table (stockée où et combien de temps) -Après contact avec déco d'Autrefois (Océane)pour ces problèmes, il nous a été proposé de nous recréditer 15% de la valeur du produit sur notre CB. Cette proposition nous a paru très correcte dans la mesure où noous avions déjà acheté cette table à -50% et que les défauts (hormis la soudure) étaient corrigeables aisément. -Réponse très rapide et réactive du SAV (24h à chaque fois) Bref GLOBALEMENT TRES SATISFAITS
