Which countries do we deliver to?

Many countries can benefit from our exceptional furniture (lucky them!): Metropolitan France - Corsica, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, United Kingdom. For the others, we're very sorry.

Where can I have my order delivered?

You can choose to have our wonderful products delivered to you:

  • - at home (because it makes sense).
  • - in a Pickup relay for small packages only (because it's convenient when you're not at home).
  • - At your place of work for small packages only (because it's so nice of us).

You can also pick up large parcels delivered to your home at a GEODIS branch.

Except for specific formulas, all large parcel deliveries are made on the first floor only. A little walking won't hurt!

Which carrier will deliver my order?

The carrier depends on your order and your delivery address.

  • For small parcels delivered to your home: DPD.
  • For home-delivered furniture: GEODIS.
  • For small parcels delivered to your place of work: DPD (Please note that if you change your home delivery, additional charges may apply, and you won't be very happy about that)
  • For small parcels delivered to a relay: DPD

What is the PREDICT solution?

  • Predict is a home delivery service for small parcels (via DPD carrier) that offers many advantages.
  • You benefit from scheduled delivery within an hour via SMS or the Internet.
  • Detailed tracking of your delivery.
  • You can reschedule your delivery in case of absence.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary from carrier to carrier, but we try to be as quick as possible (we promise!)

  • GEODIS:
    - Delivery in 2 to 3 days, Monday to Friday
    - Delivery in 1 to 2 days, programmable by the half-day, Monday to Saturday (more expensive option)
  • DPD: 24/48H delivery, Monday to Friday.

There's been a delay in delivery. What should I do?

Here are the 3 steps to follow in the event of late delivery:

1. Complain to your friends and family about being unlucky (sometimes it feels good).

2. Trace your parcel with the tracking number to obtain additional information.

3. Contact the carrier via the number you received by SMS or email if your questions have not been answered.

What do I have to do on delivery?

During delivery, you are in charge of a specific mission. If you accept, you must do the following:

1. Check the package. Don't just examine the outer box. Open it and examine each item. The deliveryman has to be patient, so take your time!

2. Make an important decision: accept or refuse the parcel. It's important to refuse a parcel that appears badly damaged (you deserve so much better!)

3. Specify explicitly on the delivery note if a product is damaged or missing. Make a precise note of the nature of the damage, take photos... You must take your mission seriously!

4. Fill in the delivery note yourself and don't forget to sign it (we love autographs).
